Our Story: Empowering Teams Through Real-World Leadership
I began this journey because I understand the struggles of leading teams that lack alignment and the challenges that come with leadership. Early in my career, I faced these same frustrations—working in environments where communication broke down, teams felt disconnected, and potential wasn’t being realized. Through trial, error, and an unwavering commitment to learning, I discovered what it takes to empower teams and foster a culture of collaboration and success.
My career began in 2015 in the BPO industry at Incenter, where I gained valuable experience in training and developing teams. Since 2020, I’ve been a Agency Manager at King Josiah in Sun Life Philippines, helping individuals and teams grow and perform at their highest potential. These experiences, combined with pioneering training departments in three startup companies, shaped the strategies and approaches I now bring to businesses like yours.
A significant milestone in my professional growth was becoming a Certified YOUnique® Coach under the mentorship ofJayson Lo, which has deepened my ability to guide leaders in unlocking their team's full potential through personalized coaching and practical solutions.
